Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.
Digital Products Digital products (such as workout plans, nutrition guides, and other downloadable content) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase. No shipping applies to digital items.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — check back soon.
